1. Data We Collect

• Account data: Name, email address, mobile number, password (stored in encrypted form) and account type (host or customer).
• Listing data: The description of the space, its photos, location, prices and the contact details the host chooses to publish.
• Booking and payment data: Booking details, dates, status and value. Bank card data is processed by the payment provider and we do not retain it in full.
• Messages and reviews: Correspondence between hosts and customers, and published reviews and comments.
• Usage data: Network address (IP), browser and device type, pages visited and language preference.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Creating and verifying the account, and verifying the email address with a verification code.
• Displaying listings, processing bookings and payments, and enabling communication between the parties.
• Sending service notifications (booking confirmation, status changes, password recovery).
• Improving the platform and its security, and preventing fraud and misuse.
• Complying with regulations and competent official requests.
• We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

3. Data Sharing

• Between host and customer: To the extent necessary to complete the booking and communicate about it.
• Service providers: Such as payment, hosting, email and messaging, to the extent necessary to provide their services to us under confidentiality obligations.
• Competent authorities: Where there is a legal request or to protect our rights and the rights of our users.

The platform does not show visitors or other hosts any statistics about the number of any host's customers, inquiries or listing views.

4. Cookies

We use small files to operate the platform, including keeping you logged in, remembering your language preference, and improving security and performance. You can set your browser to reject them, noting that some features may not work properly when they are disabled.

5. Data Protection

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including connection encryption (HTTPS), storing passwords in encrypted form, and restricting access permissions. However, no electronic transmission or storage method is absolutely secure.

6. Retention Period

We retain data for as long as the account remains and as necessary to provide the service, and afterwards as required for legal obligations and dispute resolution, then we delete it or anonymize it.

7. Your Rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to:

• Know what data we process about you, access it and request a copy of it.
• Request correction or updating of your data.
• Request destruction of your data once it is no longer needed, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it.
• Withdraw your consent to processing at any time, without retroactive effect on what has already taken place.

8. Children's Data

The platform is not directed at anyone under eighteen, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

The platform may contain links to external sites (such as social media). We are not responsible for their privacy policies and recommend reviewing them.
